“I stayed at the All Season's during World Water week that was held in Stockholm in August. My review is slightly mixed. It was clean, comfortable, new but the hallways had a weird musty smell. The room on the other hand was fine (no smell). I got a double atrium (yes, its weird you need to pay more to get a window over theinside courtyard). I think that the hotel could be improved with some sort of air extractor / circulation of air. The lighting was subdued (lots of lamps) in my room but the hotel itself is very light. It is clean, and modern. The breakfast buffet and my bed are the highlights of my stay. They served everything from pancakes / bacon / sausages to pickled herring, gerkins and salad (swedish). It was self service but always topped up and it was included in the cost of my stay. I also loved the duvets on my bed. They were clean, fluffy, so soft and my mattress was firm and new. It was a really comfortable nights sleep! The showers also are really good pressure (note that it takes awhile for the water to switch from cold to hot...you just have to let it run for awhile). The service on check in was terrible. It took me almost 20 minutes to get checked in once I reached the desk as she constantly left me to talk to other customers. I also had to wait 10 minutes at the check in desk for her to finish with the person ahead of me who she regularly ignored to deal with other customers sitting down in the atrium. She asked me questions which I then had to repeat twice / three times or guess which answer she wanted to hear before she would do it. Service at checkout was amazing. He was really nice and I got to sit down drinking a double espresso as he printed out my invoice and let me know that my taxi had arrived. As it was 4am--I really appreciated his efficiency. However, it was really convenient for me ((less than 5minutes to the commuter train that took me right to the conference center / central station (20min trip) and across road from bus)). I would recommend it because it is really clean, it is reasonable, it is comfortable and the internet access is incredibly good quality and fast. They have free wifi in the hotel, computers downstairs if you didn't bring your laptop and a coffee machine (free) plus a downstairs restaurant and bar (didn't use either). The elevators are made of glass and steel. Cool. I rang them to find out what the different room descriptions meant. The cheapest one has no shower, the next up has no window and the double atrium (you should put in description whether you want one double bed or two single beds) has a shower and a window. Overall, it was value for money, convenient and friendly.”
