“Overall, the hotel was really wonderful but I expected the radiators in the room to provide heat. The staff was very accommodating and had me change rooms, but there was still no heat. The weather was cold and rainy and I was under double comforters staying warm, too cold to shower until the next day. Other than that and a non-working computer, the Hotel Aldon was really very nice.”

“location is quite good, near central railway station and city centre. hotel has been inovated,atomsphare was warm, good codition and clean. but shower area(not room) is quite small, there is cartain but no partition on the floor... Heater of every rooms was on their control so it was cold at that time. if you make a call to reception, you can borrow handy heater. ”

“After our initial disappointment, first to see that the lobby was in the middle of refurbishment and, therefore, dusty, and that in a snowy afternoon we couldn't check in until two hours after our arrival, we did enjoy our stay at the hotel; found the room ample, well appointed and comfortable. Staff were always very attentive and helpful in every way, whether helping with our luggage, giving us access to hotel facilities before checking-in, offering ice, drinks or advice. I'm sure that when the hotel lobby is fully refurbished, the first impression will match the actual worth of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent in variety and quality. And we took advantage of the 20% discount offered to hotel guests at Fasching, the great jazz club just round the corner -book a table early!- which was, together with the hotel's proximity to the main rail and bus terminals, one of several reasons why we chose Adlon for our stay in Stockholm. We would definitely go back.”
